Returns and Exchanges
1. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please

- Includes all original labels, packaging and components for returns or exchanges.
- Comes with proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

Used items are not eligible for return or exchange and will not be returned.

Note: Due to new policies issued by Paypal, if you want to cancel a purchase, the processing fee is 5% of the total order value.

  • Return Shipping:

No no-excuse returns or rejections are supported, unless the product is faulty

If the return is due to our problem (e.g. incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund;
If the return is due to the buyer (e.g. didn't like/wanted the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer shall pay the original shipping costs, return shipping and/or refurbishment costs (if required) of 160-350 EUR (varies by model and shipping costs)

You will be responsible for all shipping costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. Because products contain lithium-ion batteries, they must be shipped in accordance with applicable regulations. Please notify the battery carrier prior to shipment. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. In most cases, we can also provide you with a return label and deduct the cost from your final refund.

Returns and Exchanges
If you only want to process an exchange, please contact us for instructions.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:
1. You must contact us first and provide us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange using our contact form.
2. We will provide you with return instructions. Securely pack and seal your return, making sure to include your order number
